Standing high above even the Tower itself, the Mountain can look intimidating – and for a reason. Its core keyword is “obstacle” and as such it usually presents itself in any spread. No matter whether it is a tiny stumbling block or a massive obstruction on our road to happiness, it is bound to deter our progress and, as far as timing goes, slow us down, or even stop our progress completely – at least for the time being. This well-guarded border is usually hard to cross.
Luckily enough, the obstacle is not insurmountable and the burden on your shoulders is not unbearable. There is always a way around it. No matter how large and impossible to transverse it may seem at first, the Mountain is but a temporary issue and one that can be overcome through the use of strategy (instead of brute force). Unlike the Cross, of which the effect is enduring and absolutely soul-crushing, the massive chunk of land and rock before us can be climbed and conquered. Even the kidney-stones or constipation that it can sometimes stand for are of passinge nature.
